The controlling disc is a membrane made of soft material, separating the inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve deck. So the valve body, valve disc and the valve stem will not be corroded by the medium. Moreover, the leakage can be avoided, as well. The rubber lined diaphragm valve is suitable for corrosive fluid, and the fibrous and powder mediums.

Features
1. No stuffing box is required since the medium will contact with the valve body and the membrane only. The valve stem of the manual diaphragm valve will not be corroded.
2. Manufactured with corrosion resistant Teflon lining, the diaphragm valve can be used by the pipeline for corrosive medium.
3. Since the valve body and thevalve bonnet of the fluorin lined diaphragm valve is separated by the membrane, parts and components of the valve bonnet and the valve stem will not be corroded.
4. The replaceable membrane makes for low maintenance cost of the electric diaphragm valve.
5. Restricted by the material of the membrane and the lining, this range of pneumatic diaphragm valve is applicable for the working conditions with the pressure no more than 1.6MPa and the temperature shall not exceed 150°C.
