Our activated alumina, also named as activated alumina ball, has a large specific surface area with lots of capillary pores. It is often utilized as desiccant, adsorbent and catalyst, and it shows strong affinity to water, oxide, acetic acid, alkali and other substances.

Feature
1. The activated aluminum desiccant will not soften, expand, pulverize or disintegrate when immersed in water, and it also exhibits some other outstanding properties, such as high strength, low attrition rate, etc.

2. As a fluoride adsorbent, our activated alumina sphere functions similar to an anion exchange resin though its selective adsorption performance is not as good as that of an anion exchange resin. However, our fluoride filter still offers excellent fluoride removal result with stable capacity. More specifically, every cubic meter of activated aluminum is able to adsorb 6400 grams of fluoride.

Application
Our product is commonly used for the drying process of gases and some devices, such as pyrolysis gas, ethylene, propylene, air separation unit, hydrogen manufacturing unit, air drying machine, etc. It is also adopted to remove hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen fluoride and hydrocarbons from waste gases, and it is particularly suitable for fluoride removal in hydrogen peroxide and other fluorine-containing liquids.
