This product is used to recover elemental sulfur from hydrogen sulfide through Claus process, and it is further classified into two types which are activated alumina catalyst and titania catalyst.

Feature
Our Claus catalyst fits for any reactor, and the maximum conversion rate of H2S reaches up to 96.5% or even higher depending on different operating conditions, while the hydrolysis rates of COS and CS2 are 99% and 70%, respectively. In addition, this sulfur conversion catalyst has a working temperature range of 180-400℃, and the maximum operating temperature should not over 600℃.

Application
Our sulfur recovery catalyst is commonly adopted in oil refineries, coke plants, methanol plants, natural gas processing plants, synthesis ammonia plants, barium salt factory, strontium salt factory, etc.
