The HHGS306 desulfurization adsorbent is a new type of zinc oxide-based sorbent, and it is mainly employed to remove sulfides with the help of large-pore catalyst carriers and some special accelerants. Featuring high desulfurizing capacity, high desulfurization precision, wide operating temperature range and good resistance to high water-gas ratio, our product is a high activity desulfurizer within 150-400℃.

Application
This ZnO desulfurizer could convert H2S and simple organic sulfides existed in liquid propylene, natural gas, synthesis gas, refinery gas, coal gas, coke oven gas, light oil, heavy oil and other materials into nontoxic products. So, it is extensively used in ammonia synthesis industry, hydrogen manufacturing industry, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, natural gas chemical industry, etc. Here are some examples.

1. The desulfurization adsorbent fits for the production of hydrogen, ammonia or synthesis gas through steam reforming process, and corresponding raw materials are natural gas, light oil or residual oil.

2. When using heavy oil or coal to fabricate ammonia, our product is often placed before the low-temperature conversion catalyst to protect this conversion catalyst.

3. If coke oven gas is adopted to make ammonia, this zinc oxide adsorbent could be set after the conversion catalyst but before the methanation catalyst so as to protect the methanation catalyst.

4. For methanol synthesis process, the raw materials shall be fine desulfurized by the desulfurization adsorbent, and this treatment could maintain the activity of Cu-based catalyst.

5. Organic sulfur in liquid propylene will be converted into inorganic sulfur (H2S) after hydrolyzed by TCOS-101, and our product could be applied for the following desulfurization treatment.
