Hydraulic Guillotine Shear
The hydraulic guillotine shear is mainly used for cutting Q235 type steel plate, and stainless steel plate. Its structure is well designed and the working performance is quite reliable. According to customer's specific application situation, this premium plate shearer can be produced to cut steel plate with various thickness (6-40mm) and width (2500-6000mm). Feature
1. The main body of the guillotine shearer is fully welded, so the high stability and desirable precision can be guaranteed for a long time.
2. The hydraulic transmission mechanism, energy accumulator and hydraulic manifold block are used, so the connecting pipes are greatly reduced, while the system is very reliable and easy to be repaired.
3. The gap between the upper and lower blade tips is controlled by an electric speed reducer, and indicated by a dial, making the adjustment very quick and precise.
4. The hydraulic guillotine shear comes with a guarding fence to lower the operational risk. The moving distance of the knife rest can be adjusted in a stepless way, so the narrow material can be cut more effectively. A light alignment device is adopted to ensure the linear shearing.
5. On the operating table, the material feeding ball, angle square positioning device and data recorder are mounted for more convenient operation.
6. The cycloidal pin gear speed reducer is used for adjusting the rear baffle. The fine adjustment can be conducted manually. The rear baffle of the hydraulic guillotine shear comes with a digital display for convenient usage.
