Manual Section Bending Roll
Our WQJ-400 series manual section bending machine can accomplish the pre-bending, rolling, and roundness calibration with one time material feeding. The two lower rolls are the main transmission rolls, while you can also use three working rolls as the main transmission rolls.
The upper rolls of the manual section rolling machine are fixed, and the rolls at both sides move up and down along an arc line around a fixed center of gyration. The movements are controlled by a hydraulic device, and the moving distance is indicated by a LCD screen (accuracy: ±0.1mm), so the whole forming process can be more precisely controlled. In addition, there are roll supporting devices at both sides of the rolls, allowing our manual section bending machine to guarantee the high processing quality of the section material with asymmetric cross section.
