Plastic Pipe Belling Machine
LANGYI's PVC pipe belling machine comes with the haul-off unit and corresponding port. This means our pipe belling machine can be both used as a stand-alone device and integrated into the plastic pipe extrusion line. When used with molds of various specifications, the machine can accomplish the belling of plastic pipes with plain ends or gasket pipes in diameters from 50mm to 500mm.
Features
1. The pipe to be belled is moved stably, accurately without causing any damage to it.
2. Two furnaces are used to offer infrared heating to the pipe. Each furnace is equipped with heating core at its center.
3. A mandrel is used to form the desired precise dimensions of the pipe.
4. On the control panel of the machine, there is a switch that enables change-over from the belling of plain-end pipe to belling the gasket pipe.
5. The main electrical control components are of well-known international brands, delivering reliable performance.
