PVC Window and Door Profile Extrusion Line
This PVC profile extrusion line is used for making microcellular plastic foams as well as profiles with complex cross-sectional shapes. The resultant profile extrusions are typically utilized for windows and doors.

There are four different models of the profile extrusion equipment when it releases. Each model corresponds to a specific capacity of the extruder, ranging from 50kg/h up to 600kg/h.
Features
1. The haul-off machine is made with unique elevation technology. It runs stably with large traction force.
2. A vortex cooling system is incorporated within the vacuum sizing tank for effective cooling of PVC profiles so than the overall extrusion speed stays consistently fast.
3. The cutter is synchronized in movement with the haul-off machine. Both units are controlled by the PLC system for reliable operation.
4. Each sizing bench has sizes to choose from, including 6m, 8m and 10m. According to the dimensions of the extrusion, we would help you choose the right sizing bench.
5. A twin-screw extruder is used for high speed extrusion of quality profiles.
