PP/PE/PC Hollow Grid Sheet Extrusion line
The hollow grid sheet extrusion line, or twinwall sheet extrusion line, takes PP, PE, PC, and PVC as raw plastics to produce fluted sheets with a choice of width ranging from 1300mmm to 2100 mm and thickness from 2mm to 10mm. Available in multiple models, this fluted board extrusion line can have production capacity between 65kg/h and 300kg/h. Customers should choose the right model according to their local market demand for fluted boards.
Equipped with a two-stage single screw extruder, this hollow grid sheet production line enables an aggressive plasticizing effect. Large torque output and powerful thrust bearing ensures high speed extrusion of high quality plastics. Eco-friendly and durable, the resultant fluted board has a smooth, flat surface and is widely used in roofing, decoration, advertising, and highway noise barrier applications.
