PP/PE Recycling Line with Water Ring Granulator
This water ring granulating line relies on mechanical friction to produce enough heat necessary for softening the plastics. Unlike traditional granulation method that draws raw plastics into narrower strips, this palletizing line twists the melt to noodle-like strands before being cut into pellets.
With this wet granulation process, a variety of wasted plastics and plastic scraps can be recycled including the plastic film, fiber, strip, sheet, plastic straw, foam board, and more. One major advantage of our water ring palletizer is minimum loss of material. The resultant pellet comes in high gloss and consistency. Features
1. The water-ring design allows effective cooling of palletized PP and PE melt. It is well suited for handling highly sticky melts.
2. Both the extrusion and palletizing processes are performed automatically. This greatly reduces manual workload. After the cooling process, pellets will be dried in a centrifuge to remove the moisture contained in them.
3. Made of high-strength alloy steel, the gear and shaft have been sent through carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes.
