PVC Hot-Cutting Granulating Line
The PVC hot-cutting granulating line or, melt pelletizing line, uses PVC resin, recycled plastics, or thermoplastics as raw materials and convert them into valuable pellets. It is also suited for the pelletizing of color masterbatches and fillers.
Our PVC hot-cutting granulating line is made up of the extruder, heating system, die head, pelletizer, cooling and discharging device, and the electric control.

1. This die head used on this PVC hot-cutting granulating line is made of quality carbon steel through chrome plating process for maximum durability.
2. The die exit consists of several separate channels from which the hot melt flows out without interfering with each other.
3. Vertical cooling technology enables the finished pellets to be effectively cooled. Equipped with multiple powerful fans, the cooling system assures operators of good pelletization quality.
4. Unique screw design delivers aggressive melting and mixing power while operating a low shear rate. Advanced feed system provides an easier, more effective way of accurately measuring various materials, feeding them into the extruder, and allowing them to be mixed in the right proportion.
