FY-3286J 6-Color Eco-Solvent Printer
FY-3286J 6-color eco-solvent printer is equipped with 508GS industrial grayscale print heads. Each print head is 71.8mm in width and has 508 jet holes. Due to the high-performance print heads, maximum printing speed of our 6-color printing machine can be as high as 96m2/h and its maximum printing precision can be 1440dpi.
Application
Our eco-solvent inkjet priner is suitable for printing on lamp cloth, self adhesive vinyl, gridding cloth, banner cloth and other reel-to-reel outdoor printing materials.
Features
1. Our 6-color eco-solvent printer supports 4-level grayscale printing with the minimum ink droplet of 12pL.
2. Eco-solvent ink which is non-toxic and odorless is used in this product.
3. Intelligent tension and medium control system allows the printing medium to feed in easily without deviation. This system can also achieve automatic medium take-up.
4. This eco-solvent inkjet printing equipment is configured with a heating system for the front, middle and rear platen as well as a far infrared hot air & cool air drying system. The heating and drying systems make for rapid image drying.
5. The platen and the beam are made of superior aluminum alloy, thus are solid and flat.
6. LED illuminating lamp makes printing image easy to be seen.
7. Atomizing ink jetting system prevents the occurrence of PASS line and assures the quality of the printed image.
8. Equipped with a heating system for the print head, our 6-color eco-solvent printer is able to work in low-temperature environment.
9. 10 high power cooling fans and 10 PET hot air fans accelerate image drying.
