ORBITA is a Chinese hotel digital lock supplier. Our hotel sauna lock, as a keyless lock, comes with four kinds of key cards with different functions. Specifically, the cards include authorization card, master card, manager card, and guest card, making your locking management system quite powerful.

1. The authorization card is used to issue or cancel master card and manager card for the hotel sauna lock.
2. The master card is used to issue or cancel guest card. In addition, it can be used as the key card to open the lockers when guest card is lost, and this guest card will be invalidated automatically.
3. After set on each hotel sauna lock, the manager card can be used to open all lockers when guest cards are lost.
4. The guest card is used to open the locker by guest.

Card function and programming

1. Issuing an anthorization card
You will hear 3 short beeps and the green light will be on.
Put a new card on the card reading area of the hotel sauna lock.
Press the SET BUTTON at the back panel.
Switch on the power.
1 long beep
The authorization card is issued!

Note:
(1) Once a new authorization card is issued, all types of the original cards will be cancelled automatically, so you should keep the new authorization card safe.
(2) Set the same anthorization card on all of the hotel sauna locks when you want to make it an anthorization card for all lockers.

2. Anthorization card function
Press the authorization card onto the card reading area of the locker. After hearing the beeps, take the card away. When green light is flashing, please issue different cards according to the quantity of beeps as follows:
One beep
Issue a master card. You can use the same master card on all lockers when you want to program one master card for all lockers.
Two beeps
Issue a manager card which is used to open all the hotel sauna locks. You can use the same manager card on all lockers to program manager card to open all lockers.
Six beeps
Cancel a manager card.

3. Master card function
One beep
Issue a guest card
Four beeps
Open the locker
Five beeps
Cancel the guest cards when green light is on. Put the guest card onto the card reading area of the hotel sauna lock.Note: Once new master card is issued, all types of original cards will be cancelled automatically. So keep the new master card well.

4. Issue a guest card that can open 3 lockers
Press the same card onto the 3 lockers one by one when you want to give the guest card the authorization to open the lockers.
