1. Light

Chemical fiber sweater made of polypropylene is the lightest compared with other knitwear due to the low density of polypropylene. Polypropylene fiber has density lower than water thus it is the only fiber which can float on water. Polypropylene fiber is 20% lighter than nylon fiber, 35% lighter than polyester fiber and 40% lighter than cotton fiber.

2. Drying Rapidly
Polypropylene knitted sweater will dry quickly after being washed since moisture is not able to get into the polypropylene fibers. You just need to shake the polypropylene chemical fiber knitwear, water on the garment surface will be removed.

3. Sweat Moisture Transfer
Since polypropylene fiber does not absorb water, it facilitate sweat moisture transfer. Polypropylene chemical fiber sweater helps transport the sweat moisture out of the garment rather than keep it inside like other blended fabrics do.

4. No Sweat Smell Residual
Sweat cannot be absorbed by polypropylene fiber, thus there will be no nutrients for bacteria or microbes to grow on a polypropylene garment to damage the fibers. Therefore, a polypropylene chemical fiber sweater will not have residual sweat smell after being washed with hot or warm water containing cleaning agents.

5. Chemical Resistant
Polypropylene fiber dose not react with common chemical agents and will not decompose when exposed to sweat or other body fluids containing salts. Even if chemical fiber garments made of polypropylene fibers are washed with bleaching water or other strong cleaning agents, the polypropylene fibers will not be damaged.

6. Wear Resistant
Since polypropylene fiber dose not absorb water, it will keep its original strength without being destroyed by sweat. Therefore, our polypropylene chemical fiber sweater is immune from damage caused by friction when it is worn under wet environment.

7. Environmentally Friendly
(1) Eco-friendly production

A. Polymerization process of polypropylene is exothermic reaction which helps reduce energy consumption.
B. Spinning temperature for polypropylene fiber is lower than that for PET and NY. Hence, energy consumption is reduced. The waste yarns will be recycled to reduce material waste.
C. Since polypropylene can not be dyed, no waste dyeing water will be produced.

(2) Environmental and safe to use
A. The chemical fiber sweater made of polypropylene is recyclable.
B. The polypropylene fibers we use to make our chemical fiber garments pass the OEKO-TEX100 certification and the tests for environmental safety and hazardous substances.
C. Polypropylene is composed of carbon and hydrogen. It will not produce any poisonous gas after burning and will not cause public hazard. PET and NY will emit noxious gases after burning.
D. Polypropylene dose not contain light stabilizer. After being abandoned, it will embrittle and decompose thus will not contaminate the soil.
