Injection Mold for Housing
We are capable of producing literally any injection molds used to manufacture various sizes and shapes of plastic housings. Constructed of NAK30 mould steel, our injection mold is easily processed or welded for re-use which is also why the mould can retain its dimensional accuracy over long-term use. Highly polished mold makes it possible to produce high precision molded plastic housing with good surface finish.
Built with an external dimension of 950mm×950mm×800mm, the injection mold has been assembled to high precision requirements. Its cold runners and large sprue need to be cut off manually after the molding process is completed. The mold includes 1 main channel and 3 side channels which allow 3 different housings to be produced within a single molding cycle. As an optimal choice for injection molding of ABS material, this mold can be reused half a million times before going to waste. It helps you lower production cost greatly.
