The GGD power distribution board is a low-voltage switchgear commonly utilized for power control, power conversion and power distribution in power plants, substations, industrial enterprises and so on. It is suitable for power distribution networks whose AC frequency is 50Hz, rated voltage is 380V or lower, and rated current is 3150A or lower. This power distribution cabinet is well recognized around the world due to its high breaking capacity, flexible wiring method, novel structure and excellent practicability.

Structural Feature
1. The cabinet body is similar to that of a common cabinet, and its frame is fabricated from 8MF cold formed steel through partially welding or assembling. On the other hand, the frame parts and other mating components are delivered together with our power distribution board to guarantee high precision and superior product quality, and these parts adopt modular design with 8-mm-large mounting holes, thus suitable for general use. Accordingly, they can be manufactured in advance, which not only reduces production cycle, but also improves working efficiency.

2. Heat dissipation is a major concern during design process, and we set many slotted holes on both top and bottom sides of the cabinet body. So, when heat is generated by electrical devices during working, it will be carried away by air through slotted holes on the top side, while cold air will flow into the cabinet continuously through slotted holes on the bottom side, thereby forming a natural air channel inside the enclosed switchgear assembly. In this way, heat is dissipated effectively.

3. The cabinet door is connected to the frame of our power distribution board by a moveable hinge to allow easy assembly and disassembly, while some rubber strips are adopted to avoid direct collision between door and frame when closing the door, and they also enhance the protection class of door.

4. The instrument panel is equipped with many electrical devices, and it is connected to the frame with the help of several soft copper wires, while other components inside are fixed onto the machine frame by knurled spacers. In this way, our switch cabinet offers a complete grounding protection system.

5. As for finishing coat, polyester baking varnish and powder coating are both available, and they are characterized by high adhesive force and esthetic texture. So, our power distribution board has a matte appearance to eliminate glaring, thus creating a comfortable visual effect for operators.

6. The top cover of this panel board can be removed if necessary, and this makes it very convenient to assemble or adjust the main busbar on site. Moreover, eyebolts are installed at four corners to facilitate lifting and transportation.

7. This electrical equipment has a protection class of IP30, but IP20-IP40 is also provided to fit for different working environments.

Operating Condition
1. The power distribution board is designed for indoor use with site altitude of 2000m or lower.
2. The ambient temperature is limited to -5℃~ 40℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed 35℃.
3. When ambient temperature is at the highest allowable value, namely 40℃, the relative humidity shall not be over 50%, while higher RH is acceptable if the ambient temperature is lower, for example, 90% for 20℃. Moreover, the effect of occasional condensation, which is caused by temperature change, should be taken into account.
4. During installation process, the vertical inclination angle shall be controlled within 5%.
. At the installation site, there should be no severe vibration or shock, and electrical devices should be away from corrosion.
6. Other special requirements shall be negotiated with us.
