Mining Vibrating Screen
Introduction
Our ZKS series mining vibrating screen is one of our latest products. It is typically designed as a durable vibro separator for industries like mining, coal processing, building material, and especially metallurgy.
Principle
The mining vibrating screen is composed of screen box, screen frame, vibration motor, shock absorber and machine base. As the vibration devices, two same vibration motors are fixed onto the screen box. They rotate synchronically but in opposite directions.
The eccentric blocks, which are driven by the vibration motors, could provide centrifugal force, while the component force drives the screen back and forth along the casting direction. Thus the screening device supported by the shock absorbers can move linearly, and the material on it moves forward straightly when tossed upward in the air. When falls into the screen frame again, the material will move forward quickly and penetrate the screen in a fluffy state. You can just choose different screens for our mining vibrating screen to adjust the screening performance.
Feature
1. The maximum screening capacity is 200t/h.
2. The screening precision is quite amazing, while the blocking rate of the screen is no more than 10% averagely.
3. The screen of our mining vibrating screen is available in various types including woven screen, plate screen, PU screen, grid screen, and so on. All of them are easy to clean, change and maintain.
4. As a typical sifting equipment for mineral material, this machine has very low energy consumption, while its working noise is only 73~80dB.
5. The motor can be mounted either at the bottom or on the side of the vibrating room.

1. If you want our mining vibrating screen to work on special power voltages like 110V, 220V, 240V, 380V, 415V, 450V and 550V, different power frequencies, 50Hz and 60Hz, and even single phase electricity, we can make corresponding modifications.
