YZS Series Vibration Motor
The casing and base of our YZS series vibration motor are forged as one piece, so the sealing performance of the motor is great. It is suitable for being used in environment with many dusts and granules but has no anti-explosion requirement. Its features include attractive appearance, high cost-effectiveness, and excellent performance.
Feature
1. Our YZS series vibration motor is widely used as the vibration source for various kinds of vibrating screens. There is a eccentric block at both ends of the rotor spindle. When the spindle and the accentric blocks are rotating at a high speed, the exciting force can be achieved. Besides different installation ways also lead to diffent material movement locuses, and accordingly different screening performance.
2. This electric motor is an excellent energy-saving vibrating motor which features high exciting force utilization, low energy consuption, low noise, and long service life. The exciting force can be steplessly adjusted by some simple operations.
3. As a universal vibrating mortor, our YZS series motor can be used in many industries including mining, metallurgy, hydropower station construction, building material, chemistry, grain processing, light industry, and so on. Specifically, this vibration motor can be used in vibrating crusher, vibrating screen, vibrating wrapping machine, vibrating shakeout machine, vibrating molding machine, vibrating pile driver, vibrating elevator, vibrating filling machine, vibrating anti-blocking device of the feeding hopper, and so on.
