Introduction to StrawApplicator
1. The TG-4000 straw applicatoris suitable for pasting straws to aseptic brick carton, gable top carton,pouch, etc.
2. The straw applicator of our aseptic brick carton filling machine adopts Omron PLC control andman-machine interface with a touch screen.
3. The air sourcetreatment system and actuator adopt Japanese SMC brand pneumatic controlcomponents and U.S. MAC high frequency solenoid valves.
4. The motor system is Japanese Yaskawa high speed servo system.
5. The glue spraying system uses the well-known American Nordson hot melt rotation positioning motorand ZunBlue series hotmelt adhesive machine with an adjustable glue head.
6. This straw applicator of our aseptic brick carton filling machine canachieve automatic straw feeding and pasting. Designed with fault alarmfunction, the straw applicator is easy to operate, saving a lot of manpower andresources.
