Introduction to High Speed Straw Applicator
1. This TG-8000 high speed straw applicator of our beverage packaging equipment is designed forpasting straws to aseptic packaging cartons or pouches.
2. Omron PLC control system and man-machine interface with touch screenare equipped to the high speed straw applicator ofour aseptic brick carton filling machine.
3. The air source treatment system and actuator employ Japanese SMC brandpneumatic control components and U.S. MAC high frequency solenoid valves.
4. Japanese Yaskawa highspeed servo system is used in the straw applicator ofour aseptic brick carton filling machine.
5. The glue spraying system adopts the well-known American Nordson hot melt rotation positioning motorand ZunBlue series hotmelt adhesive machine which has an adjustable glue head.
6. The high speed straw applicator of our aseptic drink packingmachine comes with the functions of automatic straw feeding, automatic straw pasting and failure alarm. Therefore, the straw applicator helps savelots of manpower and resources.
