Characteristics
1. Acetochlor is an agricultural chemical used for the control of annual gramineous weeds and part of small-seeded broadleaf weeds.
2. This chemical for farming use is particularly effective against a variety of annual grass weeds including Crabgrass, Green foxtail, Goose grass, Barnyard grass, Leptochloa, Alopecurus, Wild oats,Bluegrass, Hardgrass, Eragrostis pilosa, and more.
3. Also, Acetochlor is efficient in controlling a diverse range of broadleaf weeds such as Chenopodiaceae, Amaranthoideae, Polygonaceae, Commelina communis,Malachium aquaticum, and Convolvulaceae, among others.
4. However, the effect of the broadleaf weed killer is worse than that of the grass weed killer. This farm chemical is useless for perennial weed control.
