SS304 tube ended exhaust flexible pipe with inner braid (aluminized tube end), a necessary flexible connector for vehicle exhaust system.

Also known as exhaust bellow, the exhaust flexible pipe is installed in the exhaust pipe between the exhaust manifold and the muffler. The exhaust flex section allows an adjustable union to be formed between otherwise inflexible pipes. Its function is to: 1. absorb vibration and noise; 2. facilitate installation; and 3. extend the life of the exhaust system.

The pipe consists of an interlock tube with bellow in the middle and cased in outer braid. Both ends of the exhaust flexible pipe have extension tubes to facilitate welding. In particular, we increased the height of the corrugations to enhance the efficacy of vibration absorption.
