TheSD610/620 electro-hydraulic servo control systemintegrates
electric and hydraulic advantages,including the high control precision, quickresponse, high output power, flexible signalprocessing, and the ease of implementing a variety of parameters and feedbacks.

The electro-hydraulicservomechanism consists of four components: drive, motor, pump, andpressure sensor. The drive receivesand processes commands and feedbacks from all aspects. The drive drives the motor, and the motor puts the pump in motion. The pressure sensor sends real-time feedbacks to the drive for reference.

Components of Electro-Hydraulic ServoControl System
1. Drive
The electro-hydraulic servo control system adopts aunique motor control algorithm that achieves a quick and stable control onpressure and flow. The servodrive runs normally under high temperature, and the installation andcommissioning are quite easy. Especially for poor working conditions, wedeveloped the liquid-cooling series of drives, which has high resistance to high temperature, corrosion, andenvironmental impact.

2. Motor
Made of the latest rare earth permanent magnet materials,the permanent magnetservo motor is characterized by small size, low inertia, highperformance, high efficiency, low noise, quick response, smooth running, highcontrol accuracy, strong overload capability, and prominent energy conservationeffect in continuous load.

3. Pump
Depending on different conditions and requirements, the servocontrol system may use gear pump, piston pump and screw pump:
a. gear pump: good anti-pollution ability, long life,good self-priming ability, simple structure, easy maintenance .
b. piston pump: high precision, good sealing effect, high working pressure.
c. screwpump: low noise, high speed, low pulsation.

4. Pressure Sensor
The pressure sensor comes in current type (4-20mA) andvoltage type (0-10V DC). In selection of pressure sensor, sensitivity, offset,linearity, and hysteresis should all be taken into consideration. Since the feedbacksignal has direct impact on the performance of the system, so we select sensorsthat are excellent in precision, sensitivity, and linearity.
