PL10-01 Batching Machine Controller
The PL10-01 batching machine controller is designed for the ration distribution of construction materials, for example, the gravels. The dosing machine controller is commonly found at concrete construction sites for roads, bridges and other projects, used to replace the manual measurement by scale or volume. As a major component of the whole set of automatic concrete mixing plant, it works in high accuracy, high distribution efficiency, and high degree of automation.
The controller uses 32-bit MPU and 24 high-precision AD converter chip. The advanced, powerful automated batching system ensures the stability, high capacity and easy maintenance of the concrete plant.
Features of Batching Machine Controller
1. 9 recipes are available for free setting. The settings can be saved even at power-down.
2. The batching machine controller is able to control 4 channels’ feeding and 2 channels’ discharge.
3. High precision weighing, accurate batching, reliable control.
4. Compensation of drop in elevation must be implemented in order to ensure the exact quantity of ingredients. Due to the uncertainty from interference factors, the gap is different each time and needs to be fixed repeatedly. Our batching plant controller uses weighted average algorithm to correct the gap. So, with the increase in number of cans of ingredients, the actual steady gap is quickly approached, thus improving the accuracy of distribution.
