The signal converter is dedicated for VFD of injection molding machine to achieve energy conservation. The function of it is to acquire and process the signal of pressure and flow rate.
The signal module adopts dual-channel linear isolation detection. The pressure and flow signals, usually 0-1A/0-1A current signals, are converted into 0-10V voltage signals, which can be recognized by the motor controller. All AC61/SF81 series frequency inverter is required to install this signal board.
