Features of BZ Roots Blower
1. Impeller of novel curve, as well as housing, inlet and outlet of ENDLESS structure is adopted to achieve small air return and leakage. The temperature rise is low and the energy consumption decreases by 15% -20%.
2. The ductile iron-made impeller has good wear resistance, ductility, and excellent shock resistance.
3. Service life of the roots blower is prolonged by the use of high-precision gears and bearings.
4. High-load and high-speed blowers are equipped with special unload device, which can reduce the radial load of bearings at drive side and extend their service life.
