TheBDFZ type acoustic enclosure is a high-tech product specially designed for blowers. The blower silencer can effectively reduce the running noise by 20-25dB.
Features
1. Steel plate is used by this acoustic enclosure for sound insulation, with sound absorbing material embedded in it.
2. There are four openable doors in the acoustic enclosure, which is convenient for daily maintenance.
3. The versatility may go beyond your expectation. In addition to attenuating noise, this sound proof enclosure can indicate running pressure and bearing temperature, give alarm when set pressure or temperature is exceeded, and send out the control information.
Materials
The blower muffler is composed of 4 layers in different materials:
1. The fist layer: 2mm thick steel plate
2. The second and third layer: 2×40mm rock-wool in different density
3. The forth layer: galvanized punch plate
