YUSV Unloader Valve for Blower
Working Principle
The unloader valve is mainly used in the pipeline for roots blowers, screw type blowers and other air compressors. When a blower starts, the air will flow outward through the unloader valve, and the blower will workwithout load. After a while, the valve will close by itself because of the pressure difference existing in and out of the pipeline. So this soft start valve realizes a start without load for the blower, and in this way, the impact on equipment and motor in the case of a loaded start can be avoided.

1. The series is a general purpose valve in entire mechanical structure and reasonable design, working without conking out.
2. Avoid the inconvenience and faults due to using of bypass, electric valves or executive system and electrical controlling.
