QJB Series Submersible Mixer
About QJB
The QJB series submersible mixer is used for mixing the liquid with suspended solids in industry and wastewater treatment plant. The submersible agitator plays roles in:
1. evenly mixing sewage, wastewater, and sludge water;
2. densification process;
3. sludge dewatering process;
4. heat transfer optimization;
5. sewage tank cleaning: prevent coagulation, sedimentation from taking place on the wall and bottom;
6. removal of suspended solids;
7. create water flow.
Features of QJB Series Submersible Mixer
1. Compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy maintenance and installation, long service life.
2. The impeller has been optimized for higher efficiency, and the sweepback type blade has self-cleaning function to prevent clogging.
3. When used together with aerating system, the submersible mixer can significantly reduce power consumption, increase oxygen content, and prevent sedimentation.
4. The motor wiring adopts F class insulation at IP 68 class protection level.
5. Bearings are maintenance-free.
6. Oil leakage detection and overheat protection ensure the stable operation of motor.
7. The submersible mixer is equipped with dual mechanical seals.
8. It is not necessary to use a flow guide sleeve, though the flow guide sleeve can slightly enhance the efficiency and control the flow spraying.
Working Conditions
The submersible mixer can be continuous working in the conditions as below:
1. The maximum medium temperature should be less than 40℃
2. Medium PH value should be in 5~9
3. Medium density should be less than 1150kg/m3
4. For long term continuous operation, the submersible depth should be less than 20m.
