MQ Explosion Proof Centrifugal Fan
Leakage as well as spark is detrimental to safe transportation of coal gas. In extreme cases, the coal gas would explode in the presence of oxygen and spark. Designed to be spark resistant and leak-free, the MQ explosion proof centrifugal fan is specialized air and gas handling equipment for transporting combustible gases at ambient temperatures or high temperatures. It creates the high pressure needed to speed up the transportation process. The fan is widely used in metallurgical, chemical engineering, and fertilizer industries where combustible gases need to be supplied for a particular use. It is increasingly seen as a better alternative to high-pressure cast iron centrifugal fans.

5. Installation of this high temperature centrifugal blower is easily done without the support of technical experts.
6. The motor of our industrial fan blower delivers a power no more than 7.5KW, requiring low starting current which eliminates the need of a soft starter.
7. Each explosion proof centrifugal fan has to pass the test run and vibration check before leaving factory.
