Diameter of the tube ice could be ø22mm, ø29mm, ø38mm and ø41mm or be set according to customers’ needs. All parts of the tube ice generator that contact with water are made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steels. Therefore, the tube ice it makes could thoroughly satisfy the international hygienic standards of HACCP and PDA.

Features of Large Capacity Tube Ice Machine
This large capacity tube ice machine features a modular design which makes it easy to install, ship and operate the ice machine. The whole unit consists of 3 parts:
1. Evaporator module: the evaporator and its accessories are installed on a steel frame. Please be noted that the evaporator of the large capacity tube ice machine need be placed horizontally during transportation and stand upright during installation;
2. Compressor module: this module consists of the compressor, condenser, reservoir, liquid receiver, oil separator, and electric control box all of while are installed on a steel frame;
3. Cooling tower module: this module is formed by the cooling tower, water pump and water pipes.
