1. Weighing Principle
Based on working principle, our bulk bag loaderfalls into two types that are weighing hopper type and direct weighing type.The first bulk bag filler type conveys materials to weighing hopper, andfeeding will be stopped when reaching the pre-set value. Then materials will bedischarged to bulk bag. As for direct weighing type, materials will be directlyfed into bulk bag for weighing and the process stops when reaching pre-setvalue.

Two weighting methods are all precisely controlled by weighing controller. The powder filling machine with hopper has capacity of30 bags/hour (taking PET chip in 1 ton/bag as an example), and installationheight is quite high. As for bulk bag fillingsystem without hopper, the capacity reaches 10 bags per hour, and theinstallation height is much lower with less investment.

2. Bag Fixing Methods
There are two kinds of methods to fix bags. The first is hanging, whichmeans we hang the soft container by four belts and the weighing is conductedafterwards at discharge outlet.

The second method involves the utilization of guard rail to fix soft containerinstead of hanging. You only have to place the container under feeder. Thesecond method has lower installation height than the first one.

3. Finished Bag Transport
There are three ways ofbag transport applicable for this bulk bag filler. The first is electricconveyor featuring easy operation, high cost and hard maintenance. The secondone is trolley delivering low cost and rectilinear movement. The third approachis hydraulic cart which offers low cost and excellent mobility. As for smallvolume production, we recommend the second and third methods.

4. Bag Clamping Methods
Our bulk bag filler isendowed with two methods for bag clamping which are pneumatic clamping deviceand elastic loop clamping device.

5. Feeding Methods
According to different materials, this big bagfiller is built for adaptability to offer various feeding methodsincluding vibration feeding, screw feeding, belt conveying feeding and valvefeeding.

6. Bag Blowing Device
Soft container needs to be filled with air for weighing. Insufficient airfilling results in poor weighing accuracy and increased workload.

7. Dust Collecting Device
When materials are pouredinto soft container, dust will probably flow out from bag. In order for cleanworking environment, dust collecting device is needed.
