QFJ-A Series Horizontal Slitter Rewinder
The QFJ-A series horizontal slitter rewinder is highly recommended for processing BOPP, PET, PE, PVC, aluminum foil and paper, etc. Unwinding unit in this auxiliary packaging machine adopts mechanical shafts which are fixed by taper sleeve, so as to process deformed roll materials.
Additionally, we adopt cast iron for chassis and wall plate of this horizontal slitter rewinder, thus ensuring exceptional stability at high speed operation.
Advantages
1. Photo-electric eye is introduced to this paper roll slitter rewinder for more accurate operation.
2. Tension for both of unwinding and rewinding units is controlled by magnetic powder brake, and is allowed for manually fine adjustment.
3. Automatic metering and air blowing system for waste materials are involved in our aluminum foil slitter rewinder, so as to improve slitting quality. Waste will be discharged from the right side of machine.
4. Rewinding unit in this film slitter rewinder is fitted with double shafts and compression roller.
5. Independent electrical control cabinet is integrally controlled by computer. Automatic shutdown function is available.
