BGF Series High-Speed Dry Laminating Machine
The BGF series high-speed dry laminating machine is the post press machine amazingly applicable for composition of all kinds of materials in package industry, such as plastic/plastic lamination, paper/plastic lamination and aluminum plastic lamination, etc.
This series of high-speed dry laminating machine falls into 3 different models that are BGF-600, BGF-800 and BGF-1000. The maximal laminating speed reaches 70m/min!

2. Glue feeding in this dry laminating machine can be conducted by anilox roller or rubber covered roller.
3. Composite roller comes with oil heating system to achieve consistent temperature.
4. This multi-functional laminating equipment is endowed with double unwinding and rewinding units which are controlled by tension motor and magnetic powder brake for stable performance.
5. Photoelectric sensor is introduced to the first unwinding unit of the dry laminating machine for accuracy.
6. The drying tunnel is divided into four sections, each of which is individually controlled. Guide rollers in the heating oven are drive rollers.
