Straightening Machine
The JZ straightening machine is an ideal straightener for the bent European and Japanese style steel guard rails. The steel leveler has a total of 12 rollers in 6 groups: 3 groups of forming rollers and 3 groups of straightening rollers. There are 2 groups of forming rollers at the inlet, 3 groups of straightening rollers at the middle, and 1 group of forming rollers at the outlet.
How does the Straightening Machine Work?
When doing the job, the operator should first feed the bent or deformed guardrail into the inlet of the straightening machine. The shape of the guardrail will be corrected first by the 2 groups of forming rollers, and then the straightness will be corrected by the 3 groups of straightening rollers. Finally, the guardrail will go through the last group of forming rollers to be corrected again in shape to be well-finished.
Design Features of Straightening Machine
All the rollers can be adjusted up and down for straightening guard rails in different thicknesses and in different extent of deformation. The straightening equipment uses electromagnetic speed motor drive. Through reducer, the power is passed to the first group of straightening rollers, and the other groups of rollers are driven by synchronous gear transmission.
