Ice Removal Equipment
The design of our latest SY3500 ice removal equipment features the use of 863 project technology. This deicing equipment is specially developed for winter road maintenance, and the concept of being efficient, environmentally friendly and resource saving is fully integrated into the snow removal product.
When the ice removal equipment is in operation, no other auxiliary equipment is needed. By the use of hot air circulation heating technology, the deicer melts the ice on the road quickly, collects the waste ice water into the sewage tank, and dries the road surface through the hot air drying system. After being dried, the road will not freeze, thus preventing skidding.
Features of Ice Removal Equipment
1. High degree of mechanization, good ice removal performance, high heating efficiency.
2. The hot air being used to dry the road is the collected exhaust air from the heating system. The ice removal equipment boasts extremely high thermal efficiency, being more energy-efficient during operation.
3. Digital display, all functions are controlled by electrical switches—convenient, fast, sensitive and reliable.
4. When not in deicing operations, the ice removal equipment can be used as a common transport tractor, which improves equipment versatility.
5. By the use of a controllable hot air circulation heating method, the ice and snow melter will not cause harm to the pavement.
