Introduction of Snow Plow
The CX series truck mounted snow plow is a high speed heavy duty snow shovel. This snow plough has high structural strength, reliable obstacle avoidance performance, proper pressure on the ground, so it is particularly suitable for quick snow removal operations.
The snow plow is powered by an independent hydraulic power station, and the power takeoff is from the chassis battery to the station. Hydraulic pump is driven by a DC motor. Compared with the conventional engine power takeoff and gearbox power takeoff, our type of power takeoff will not affect the other functions of the vehicle or the service life of critical components.
The hydraulic station adopts instant start-up mode: only when the snow plow is in motion, the hydraulic motor is on. This mode can significantly reduce the power consumption of the entire snow removal equipment, so as to ensure long-term stable operation.
Models of Snow Plow
CXB—apply to vehicles with total mass of 5 tons or above, split flip barrier.
CXFA—apply to vehicles with total mass of 5 tons or above, shovel blade flip barrier.
CXBF—apply to vehicles with total mass of 25 tons or above, heavy duty high speed snow shovel.
CXD—apply to ZL30 and above loaders, loader mounted snow plow.
