The AD5160TYHRQS asphalt road repair patcher is the third generation product in our road service truck family. The unique hot air circulation heating technology is domestic initiative, and is a patent winner.
When using our asphalt road repair patcher for the road maintenance, no other auxiliary equipment is required. The heater heats the broken pavement, and the recycling drum discharges hot asphalt onto the broken surface. Then, the asphalt will be flattened and compacted by the vibratory roller suspended in the front of the road maintenance truck, thus finishing the asphalt resurfacing.
With good recycling performance, the asphalt road repair patcher can be used as a recycled asphalt mixer, enabling in-situ recycling of old material and generation of new asphalt mixture. The rotary recycling drum works at high speed, thus being suitable for daily conservation of asphalt roads.
