With bauxite as its main raw material, the SC-AF01 brown fused alumina abrasive is delicately made by smelting at high temperature. The artificial abrasive incorporates brown color, high rigidity and high toughness. Abrasive tools made of the alumina abrasive are well applicable for cutting and grinding carbon steel, malleable cast iron, hard bronze, etc.

The grains of the SC-AF03 brown fused alumina abrasive are heated at 800℃ -1,200℃ and the purpose is to renovate the crack on the surface and interior of crystal and then to improve the toughness and anti-impact ability of grain. After re-treated, it can increase the service life of the bonded abrasives products. The appearance of the grain is light blue.

The grains of the SC-AF04 brown fused alumina abrasive are crashed by ball mill machine. Its grain shape is equal in volume with needle form, and the bulk density is middle, less than SC-AF01 but higher than SC-AF05.This kind of abrasive grain normally can match the various vitrified and resin applications.
