Concrete Batching Machine
With NOAH's concrete batching machine, operators can throw sand, gravel and cement in the pre-determined mixing ratio into it. The resultant concrete is generally used on road, bridge, and building construction sites. Falling into this series of batching equipment are five models: PL800-2, PL1200-2, PL1200-3, PL1600-3, and PL2400-3.
Typically, each type of batcher comes with 2 to 3 hoppers. The five main parts that make up our concrete batching machine are arranged in a straight line, including the storage bin, weighing system, feeding system, and electrical control. Pneumatic valves and belt conveyors are used to control the material flow. The weigh hopper can allow two other materials to be weighed than cement. Simplified batcher is easily operated which saves labor costs.
