Features of Concrete Tile Forming Machine
1. Automated PLC system ensures operation stability, reliability, and easy of use. All movements are controlled either hydraulically or pneumatically to guarantee high productivity and low defect rate. The production speed averages 7-8 tiles per minute.
2. The concrete tile forming machine uses mortar and cement as ingredients, and presses them into shape within a mold. The resultant concrete tiles come in a wide variety, meeting different construction needs.
3. Simply change the mold and tile machine operators can use it to produce different tiles: roofing tile, ridge tile, and eaves tile. Pigments can be added to produce colored tiles.
