Iron materials are cleaned in the first place, and receive solvent treatment. After being dried, iron materials immerge into galvanizing zinc, where iron and molten zinc generates alloying zinc coating. The entire workflow is degrease-washing-pickling-plating assistant-drying-hot-dip galvanizing-separation-cooling and passivation.
