1. DSP Controller
Advanced DSP controller is purchased from Beijing RichAuto S&T Co., Ltd. User-friendly interface is displayed in English. A compact, durable DSP with 128M RAM memory has USB ports, supporting online file transfer. Available with standard G code or HPGL software programming, the mini CNC router can perform practical functions like fast calculation, processing, resuming execution from a breakpoint, and power failure protection function, etc.
2. Motor-Driven Spindle
800W motor-driven spindle is water cooled and comes with a collet of varied sizes, each size matching a specific router bit for cutting different materials. Customer also can choose more powerful spindles.
3. Ball Screw (Threaded Rod)
Quality threaded rod is 16mm in diameter, delivering a positional accuracy of 0.01mm. The ball screw assembly is used on X, Y, and Z axis.
4. Stepper Motor
Industrial grade stepper motor provides years of trouble-free use with minimal wear. The motor directly links to the ball screw.
5. Square Linear Guide
All X, Y and Z axes for this mini CNC router come with square linear guide rails for accurate position control. The linear guides are highly rigid, and resistant to vibration and shock.
6. Stepper Motor Driver

1. Water cooling system
Having a water tank and spray nozzle on the spindle motor, the cooling system for this mini CNC router effectively cools down the hot router bit and surface to be cut during metal marking and stone engraving. With the cooling system, VICUT mini CNC engraver can engrave on just about any surface including copper, brass, aluminum, silver, and gold. After the cooling session, a tray is used to collect the sprayed coolant and send it back to the pump for the next cooling cycle.
2. Circular Chuck
The chuck will be needed when you want to engrave or marking on round pieces as it holds the router bit tightly during processing.
3. Removable Rotary Axis
With this removable rotary axis, users can employ the mini CNC router to do 3-dimensional engraving tasks. Engraving or marking on bottles and pens are examples that can be achieved with the aid of removable rotary axis.
