2. DSP Controller
RichAuto DSP controller for this CNC router comes with a user-friendly interface displayed in English. A compact and durable DSP with 128M internal memory, it supports online file transfer, available with a USB flash drive. Equipped with standard G code or HPGL programming, the controller of CNC router can perform many functions like fast calculation, processing, breakpoint continuation and power failure protection function, etc.

3. Motor-Driven Spindle
Quality 2200W motor-driven spindle is water cooled and comes with a collet of assorted sizes, each size fitting closely around a specific router bit for cutting different materials. More powerful spindle models are available.

4. Ball Bearing Screw
A ball bearing screw is just that: many small steel balls (or using a more formal term, steel ball bearings) run along the screw. There is no direct contact between the ball screw and ball nut because steel balls are in-between. This way of motion transmission for CNC router eliminates backlash or side-to-side play, thereby ensuring smooth movement.

5. Linear Guide
Square linear guide is used on the Y axis while round linear guide rails are fitted on both X and Z axes. All guide rails offer high rigidity, vibration and shock resistance.

Housed inside the electrical enclosure are neatly wired electrical components, which allows operators to access and service these parts on CNC router easily when necessary. There is a tag attached to each wire so that repair men can easily identify the wire when servicing is required.

3. Vacuum Table

Gasket cords or rubber cords are adjustable to seal the perimeter of workpiece of various sizes. Aluminum alloy can be used to construct the vacuum table.

4. Mist Sprayer
