This product has been discontinued and removed from our shelves.

Our fire damper is available in two models, normal fire damper and smoke extraction fire damper. The working principle and performance are detailed below.

The normal fire damper can close at 70℃ automatically, and you can also turn off or reset it manually. There are 5 gears for the air flow control between 0-90℃. A close signal will be sent when the damper closes.

We can also provide another model, electric smoke extraction and fire damper. As an air conditioner component, it is usually mounted in the smoke extraction pipe. Its control unit is imported from Swiss, including BS30 closing mechanism, and BMF24 or BMF220 electric spring reset mechanism. The BAL70 type fusing mechanism is also adopted.

Comparing with traditional damper, our electric smoke extraction and fire damper consumes a little bit power at its regular state. When the power is off, the damper will be opened by the reset spring, and a corresponding signal will be sent out. If the air temperature in the pipe reaches 280℃, the damper will close automatically, and a closing signal will be triggered. To reset the damper, you can do it by hand or switch the power on. By modifying the control unit, you can turn this damper into a fire smoke damper which can close automatically when the power is off or the fuse melt at 70℃.
