Introduction
The stone crusher is usually used as the primary crusher for a variety of stone production lines and ore crushing production lines. The crushing equipment simulates animals’ jaw movement: the moving jaw and the fixed jaw open and close to squeeze, rub, and grind the materials in the cavity. There are two models available for different feed sizes. For materials in large size, we recommend PE jaw crusher, and if the size is small, PEX jaw crusher is recommend.

How it works
The jaw crusher is motor driven. By the belt pulley, the V-belt and the slot wheel drive the eccentric shaft to set the movable jaw on reciprocating movement along the predetermined trajectory. Materials to be crushed will enter the cavity consisting of the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and the side guard plate. Then the finished materials will be discharged through the discharge opening at the lower part of the jaw crusher.
