Flatbed Semi-Trailer
Having no coaming in its loading part, the flatbed semi-trailer is mainly applicable to the medium and long-distance transport. We adopt the software, such as the FEA Analysis, PRO-E, etc. to design, research and develop our semi-trailers, effectively guaranteeing their high quality and overall reliability.
This flatbed semi-trailer primarily adopts the 16Mn high tensile structural steel, of which the strength is as 1.6 times as that of ordinary steel frame. The design of constant cross section is used to the main beam to achieve the optimal loading effect. We have equipped our flat deck semi-trailer with the full braking system of world's famous brands, the ABS system and the original electrical system of domestic well-known brands.
Our flatbed semi-trailers use the fully sealed wiring harness and the 7-pin socket conforming to the ISO Standard. As to the surface coating of our flatbed trailer, we have applied paint of famous brand and carried out 4 fine processes, including the material pretreatment, shot blasting, primer treatment and paint spray.
Features of Flatbed Semi-Trailer
1. We apply the high tensile steel material to the flatbed semi-trailer's running structure, which can not only guarantee the distortion resistance, shock resistance and bump resistance capacity, but also meet the carrying capacities of different roads.
2. Our flat top semi-trailer has the flatbed of cross beam structure and the stringer of straight type or gooseneck type. The web plate's height ranges from 400mm to 550mm. We adopt the automatic submerged arc welding to the stringer and shot blasting to the frame. Penetrated through the stringers, the beams are welded with the stringers as a whole.
3.The reasonable composite structure, formed by the dry plate clutch spring of tandem type and the suspended pedestal, provides the special vehicle with strong rigidity and strength, which can effectively support the loading and slow down the shock.
