Technical Characteristics
1. The light pole in octagonal shape or round tapered shape is made of premium high-strength steel plates which had been sheared, blended and welded. The pole of our high mast light is designed to be able to withstand maximum 60m/s wind.
2. Rolled by large bending machine, treated with hot dip galvanization and coated with plastic powder on the outside surface, the lamp pole will not be corroded in at least 30 years.
3. The electric lifting system of our high mast light mainly consists of the electric motor, windlass, three units of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and some cables. The lifting system is installed inside the light pole and its lifting speed is 3~5m/s.
4. The guide system of our high mast lights composed of the guide pulley and guide arm can make sure the luminaire plate will not move laterally in the process of lifting and will fall automatically to be locked to the hooks when the luminaire plate is lifted to the working height.
