This series of street light poles differs from other styles of street lighting pole in that it is designed with multiple flutes on the body. It offers mounting height between 1 and 6 meters. This height range allows it to be used as not only street light poles, but also garden light posts, park light posts, etc. for residential, garden, and park lighting. It has max. wall thickness of 3mm and max. bottom end diameter of 196mm.

In 2007, in order to complete the Dubai international airport outdoor lighting project, we started a mould to manufacture the 9-flute street light pole. The steel fluted pole is designed to match the XLD-T97 outdoor post light we produce. This kind of steel lamp post features beautiful appearance and high impact resistance. Thus it can be used for outdoor lighting, especially in places where decoration purpose is required. Now we are also producing 12-flute street light posts.

Features
1. Our fluted street light pole is made of hot-rolled steel plate with tensile strength of 410Mpa and yield strength of 240Mpa. Steel materials of higher performance are available if you need.
2. The cross section of our street lighting column is of 9 flutes or 12 flutes.
3. The hot dip galvanization process we conduct to our lamp posts is up to the BS 729/EN ISO1461/ASTM A153 standard.
4. Powder coating is available to our fluted poles.
5. Our street light poles can be customized in any RAL color.
6. The outdoor light post of our company can be packaged with plastic woven bag, bubble wrap, blanket or sack. Bundle package is possible on request (for top open container shipping).
