In order to keep pace with the times, our company which is an outdoor lighting fixture manufacturer in China sets up a LED research and development department in 2014 and employs an engineer with 9 years' LED light module designing experience to act as the manager of the R&D department. Equipped with the LED laboratory, lamp testing laboratory and LED light assembly line, we have the ability to design and produce high quality LED light modules and LED lighting products.
The LED module and the matching street light presented here are the first products designed by our company independently. The features of these LED light modules are as follows:
1. Our LED street light module has a through-type air duct which offers enough space for hot air to go upwards therefore facilitating the heat dissipation of high power lighting equipment.
2. The innovative optical design makes our LED light module accommodate various kinds of road lighting requirements.
3. The heat sink of our LED module is designed in high-density gear ratio and adopts an optimized heat transmission channel, allowing the heat to be removed rapidly.
4. This module for LED outdoor light comes with 0-10V dimming ports and can be fitted with PWM or DMX dimming system on the rear part.
5. Modularized design allows the light source and driver to be installed separately. Each LED light module can be easily replaced on site needing no extra tools.
